is an honors graduate from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville where she double majored in Journalism and Electronic Media and Political Science. During college, she spent her summers interning for the U.S. Senate in Washington, D.C. as well as multiple local news stations in Knoxville, TN. Nicole interned with the Bivens firm in 2021 and was hired full-time after completing her internship. She is able to help the Bivens team convey their top priorities to legislators and clients with her skills in communication, policy, and her high-spirited personality.
